We wanted to provide you with an update in regards to New York State’s ever-changing policies amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
ARP Materials is an essential business providing required materials to the military and healthcare industries. As of Sunday 3/22, our NYS governor has reduced the workforce to 100% for all non-essential companies. We are following guidelines by only having the essential staff in our building; however we are still easily able to ship out products. The rest of our staff is working remotely and we are proud to report that there will be no interruption to the service we provide to you!
In addition, all of our warehouses across the country are also deemed essential and we’ve been told they are all working at 98-100% capacity. Again, no interruption to service for our customers.
There are also no changes to the way you contact us. You may follow up with the status of your order or place new orders via email@example.com or give us a call at 888.611.0220.
As of now, our vendors have not expressed any concerns with their ability to manufacture and ship their products on-time to us. If we hear about such delays in the future, we will immediately communicate the news with those customers that will be affected.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and we will make any adjustments to our plan as necessary.
