Applications Supported

Tire Compounding Chemicals

Tire makers need consistent polymers and reliable protection chemistry. We supply natural rubber, SBR, BR, butyl, and reclaim. We also offer accelerators, antioxidants, antiozonants, carbon black, reinforcing resins, and process aids. Our materials support passenger, commercial, and specialty tires, including wheelchair and medical mobility tires.

Hose and Belt Materials

Belts and hoses must resist flex fatigue, heat, and fluids. ARP supplies EPDM, NBR, CPE, CR, and SBR. Paired with our reinforcing agents and cure systems, these polymers help you balance heat aging, oil resistance, and processability.

Seal and Gasket Compounds

Good seals hold their shape and resist fluids over time. We offer NBR, NBR/PVC blends, EPDM, and natural rubber. Curing agents, inhibitors, and rubber-to-metal adhesives round out the package for molded and bonded seals.

Vibration Isolator Materials

Anti-vibration mounts and bushings need tough elastomers and strong adhesion. We supply NR and SBR, carbon black, high styrene resins, and rubber-to-metal adhesives. Together, they help bonded parts hold up under constant cyclic loading.

Braking System Materials

Brake parts run hot, so compounds and bonds must handle high temperatures. ARP supports brake manufacturers with elastomers, phenolic resins, and rubber-to-metal adhesives built for high-heat service.

Wire, Cable, and Sensor Materials

Automotive wire and cable jacketing often requires flame retardancy and crosslinking. We supply flame retardants including ATO, chlorinated paraffin wax (CPW), resins, and coagents such as TAIC. We also offer specialty polymers like CPE.
