Engineered silicone compounds formulated to your spec, from prototype batch to full production.
A Domestic Source for Engineered Silicone
ARP Materials partners with US Silicones, a domestic producer, to supply custom silicone compounds for demanding industrial, medical, and specialty applications. Every compound is formulated around your performance targets, your process, and your end-use requirements.
US Silicones brings an engineering-first approach to complex silicone challenges. Fast development cycles move your project from first sample to approved compound without cutting corners on quality.
Because production stays in the United States, you avoid the long transit times and supply uncertainty that come with overseas sourcing. ARP’s technical team supports you at every step, so scaling from a low-volume prototype to high-volume production runs is quick and predictable.
Flexibility Built Into Every Batch
No Minimum Quantities Order what your project needs, whether that is a development sample or a production run. No minimums means lower risk when qualifying a new compound.
Average 3-Week Lead Time Domestic production keeps lead times short and predictable, so you can plan production without padding for ocean freight.
Custom Color Matching Compounds can be color-matched to your part, brand, or identification requirements.
In-House Lab Testing A fully equipped in-house lab verifies every order before it ships.
Packaging & Shipping Customization Packaging and shipping formats can be tailored to fit your receiving, storage, and processing needs.
Typical Applications:
- Medical – components that require consistent, traceable material quality
- Industrial Equipment – seals, gaskets, and parts exposed to heat and continuous use
- Aerospace – compounds built to meet demanding performance specifications
- Automotive – under-hood and sealing applications where temperature stability matters
- Electronics – protective and insulating components
- Power & Energy – parts designed for long service life in harsh environments
